La premi\u00e8re fois j&#8217;\u00e9tais septique sur le r\u00e9sultat et finalement celui-ci s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 bien concluant. Une mie filante et une garniture qui change (<strike>du chocolat,<\/strike> oups) gr\u00e2ce aux noix de p\u00e9can (assez gourmand \u00e0 vrai dire). On aurait pu tenir une semaine avec mais on l&#8217;a d\u00e9vor\u00e9 en \u00e0 peine 3 jours. C&#8217;est un peu \u00e7a le probl\u00e8me chez nous, soit le plat r\u00e9alis\u00e9 est mang\u00e9 rapidement ou il en reste et personne ne veut le terminer. text-align: center;\">65g de cassonade<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">15g de levure de boulanger fra\u00eeche<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">10cl de lait<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">2 oeufs<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1\/2 c \u00e0 c de sel<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">100g de beurre froid coup\u00e9 en cubes&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pour la garniture&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">180g de beurre pommade<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">150g de vergeoise brune<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">100g de noix de p\u00e9can en morceaux<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 c \u00e0 c de cannelle<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Dans le bol d&#8217;un robot, \u00e9miettez la levure dans la farine et dans la cassonade.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Faites un puit, ajoutez les oeufs, le lait et le sel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">P\u00e9trissez \u00e0 petite vitesse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit \u00e9lastique et claque contre le bol (environ 15 min)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ajoutez ensuite petit \u00e0 petit les cubes de beurre froid.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Continuez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tout le beurre soit bien incorpor\u00e9 et que la p\u00e2te fasse des filets en tournant (15 min)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Rabattez en boule et faites lever dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 30\u00b0C &nbsp;ou dans un endroit ti\u00e8de, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te double de volume (environ 2h)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez le beurre pommade avec la vergeoise et la cannelle<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Chemisez un moule \u00e0 cake<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Rompez la p\u00e2te et \u00e9talez-la en un rectangle d&#8217;environ 40&#215;25 cm&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Etalez la garniture sur toute la p\u00e2te&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">R\u00e9partissez les noix de p\u00e9can et roulez le c\u00f4t\u00e9 long sur lui m\u00eame<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Coupez le rouleau en deux dans la longueur<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Tressez ensuite les deux branches sans trop serrer et d\u00e9posez-la dans le moule \u00e0 cake chemis\u00e9 (voir la photo ci-dessous)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Laissez lever \u00e0 nouveau 1h dans un endroit ti\u00e8de&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Enfournez pour 35-40 min<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Laissez-la ti\u00e9dir, d\u00e9moulez-la et d\u00e9gustez-la aussit\u00f4t<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
