Et \u00e7a c&#8217;est peu de le dire. Du 33 cit\u00e9 j&#8217;en avais vu des belles photos, un emplacement sympa et j&#8217;avais m\u00eame pour \u00e9cho qu&#8217;il pr\u00e9parait un p\u00e2t\u00e9 en croute assez sympa.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">En plein coeur de la cit\u00e9 internationale, \u00e0 deux pas du parc de la T\u00eate d&#8217;Or, du mus\u00e9e d&#8217;art contemporain (Mac Lyon), se trouve cette brasserie \u00e0 la cuisine moderne et travaill\u00e9e fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par les homme d&#8217;affaires la semaine et plut\u00f4t par les familles le week-end. On nous apprend m\u00eame qu&#8217;en semaine \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 150 couverts par jour sont servis.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 salle on a affaire \u00e0 une salle vaste mais pratique pour que les serveurs puissent passer et se faufiler entre les tables. C\u00f4t\u00e9 cuisine on a Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Berthod ancien prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de chez Bocuse et membre \u00e9minent des Toques Blanches Lyonnaises.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Vous pouvez donc opter soit pour le menu du jour (une entr\u00e9e, deux plats, deux desserts au choix) ou pour la carte. Oui certains le savent je voue une petite passion pour cette douce et r\u00e9confortante charcuterie. En plus celui-ci est Vice Champion du Monde en 2012 (du championnat du Monde de P\u00e2t\u00e9 en croute, oui une telle comp\u00e9tition existe r\u00e9ellement) et Vainqueur en 2013 de la confr\u00e9rie du p\u00e2te en croute. Celui-ci n&#8217;\u00e9tait ni trop fort en bouche (parce que parfois le gibier c&#8217;est &#8220;relev\u00e9&#8221;) et le gros sel dispos\u00e9 dessus terminait bien cela. Et c&#8217;est en savourant ce thon si fondant que je me suis aper\u00e7ue que ce plat, n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9ment le genre de plat que l&#8217;on proposait dans une brasserie traditionnelle. Pas besoin de se tenir \u00e0 une \u00e9tiquette, si l&#8217;on maitrise la pr\u00e9paration. Parlant de pr\u00e9paration, on peut aussi \u00e9voquer la cuisson. La tarte \u00e9tait gouteuse, la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e croustillante et les fruits sucr\u00e9. J&#8217;ai quand m\u00eame pu gouter au dessert chocolat\u00e9 de monsieur et l&#8217;effet lait mousseux fa\u00e7on \u00e9mulsion \u00e9tait quand m\u00eame bien sympa en bouche.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout de 3h m\u00eame en plein soleil en cette fin de septembre, il fut temps de partir.
