Au bout de la quatri\u00e8me fois elle se retrouve sur le blog. La premi\u00e8re fois, j&#8217;\u00e9tais septique \u00e0 l&#8217;id\u00e9e de cuisiner une p\u00e2te de pizza au quinoa. Puis en goutant nous nous sommes aper\u00e7us que cette base apportait du croquant. \u00c7a changeait, \u00e7a n&#8217;avait rien \u00e0 voir avec une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza \u00e0 classique. C&#8217;est \u00e7a qui nous a plu, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 croquant. La premi\u00e8re fois, j&#8217;avais mis du philadelphia mais \u00e7a manquait de &#8220;cheesy&#8221;, j&#8217;ai remplac\u00e9 par de la mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9 et la on a trouv\u00e9 ce qui allait. Croquer dans sa part de pizza croustillante et avoir des fils de fromage &#8220;d\u00e9goulinant&#8221; voila ce qui manquait. Versez la p\u00e2te dans un saladier et incorporez le fromage ainsi que l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Posez un cercle de 23 cm de diam\u00e8tre (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 mon moule \u00e0 cheesecake) sur la plaque pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et versez-y la p\u00e2te au quinoa<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Enfournez pour environ 20 min de cuisson puis sortez du four. Enfilez des gants pour retourner la p\u00e2te : couvrez- la d&#8217;une autre plaque, saisissez les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des deux plaques puis retournez-les en emprisonnant la p\u00e2te. Cuisez sur la seconde plaque pendant encore 5 \u00e0 10 min.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Sortez le fond de pizza du four et baissez ce dernier \u00e0 175\u00b0C.
