La longue cuisine je la r\u00e9serve au week-end comme par exemple le pulled pork qui n\u00e9cessite 3h30 de cuisson. En semaine je veux pr\u00e9parer quelque chose de bon, rapidement et dont je pourrais emmener les restes pour mon lunch du lendemain. Ah oui je suis s\u00fbre que plein d&#8217;entre vous connaissent cette situation. Et cette pizza tombe \u00e0 pic, surement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa base de polenta. C&#8217;est vrai que j&#8217;aurais pu emmener le reste de cette pizza dans ma petite lunch box le lendemain, malheureusement elle n&#8217;a pas surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 nos deux faims de loups. Portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et versez la polenta en pluie sans cesser de remuer.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Laissez cuire 3 ou 4mm<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez la polenta sur une plaque huil\u00e9e allant au four et \u00e9talez-la en un cercle de 25cm de diam\u00e8tre sur 1\/2cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur. (Pour ma part je l&#8217;ai directement \u00e9tal\u00e9 dans un moule \u00e0 cheesecake du diam\u00e8tre demand\u00e9)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9parez la sauce tomate. M\u00e9langez le coulis de tomates, l&#8217;origan, le vinaigre balsamique, le sucre et le sel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Etalez la sauce tomate sur la polenta.
