Le plus important parce que finalement on peut manger \u00e0 la fois du sucr\u00e9 et du sal\u00e9 sans culpabiliser. Premier repas de la journ\u00e9e alors on se fait plaisir. J&#8217;avoue pour ma part aussi bien manger du fromage que du sucr\u00e9 au petit d\u00e9jeuner. Et je trouve que cette challah a une vraie mie filante et sent tellement bon. Elle n&#8217;est pas trop sucr\u00e9 et on peut tartiner ce qu&#8217;on veut dessus. Pour notre part nous l&#8217;avons recycl\u00e9 mais \u00e7a sera pour la prochaine recette. Autre point important, si vous souhaitez que votre challah pousse bien, laissez-la reposer dans une pi\u00e8ce ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Cela favorisera la pousse. Battre ensuite les ingr\u00e9dients liquides.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Assembler soigneusement les deux pr\u00e9parations et p\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit tr\u00e8s \u00e9lastique ( 5 \u00e0 10mm au robot et 10 \u00e0 20mm \u00e0 la main)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Former une boule lisse<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">La placer dans un r\u00e9cipient huil\u00e9 et couvrir de film alimentaire<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">La laisser lever jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle ait doubl\u00e9 de volume (environ 1h30 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Diviser le p\u00e2ton en six parts \u00e9gales.
