Comme certains ont pu le constater, je suis en pleine p\u00e9riode recette italienne, allez savoir pourquoi. Je fonctionne tr\u00e8s souvent par p\u00e9riode. Je crois que celle-ci a commenc\u00e9 depuis que nous avons pris nos billets pour Rome. Je ne sais pas c&#8217;est comme si j&#8217;avais besoin de m&#8217;acclimater \u00e0 cette cuisine avant de m&#8217;y rendre, de connaitre les diff\u00e9rents plats, les diff\u00e9rences selon les r\u00e9gions. Juste pour \u00e7a j&#8217;ai fais une pizze. La semaine pass\u00e9e c&#8217;\u00e9tait cannellonis et cette semaine c&#8217;est pizze.<br \/>A la place de la traditionnelle sauce tomate on appliquera g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement une cr\u00e8me d&#8217;avocat. Les ingr\u00e9dients pos\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin comme la mozzarella et les pousses apportent une seconde texture. D\u00e9layez la levure dans 20 cl d&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Mettez la farine dans la cuve de votre robot muni d&#8217;un crochet, ajoutez la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e. P\u00e9trissez puis versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et le sel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">P\u00e9trissez 10 mn jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une boule de p\u00e2te.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Couvrez la cuve de votre saladier d&#8217;un torchon et laissez reposer 1h dans une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, sans courant d&#8217;air.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9parez la garniture. Dans un saladier, \u00e9crasez les avocats en pur\u00e9e. Ajout\u00e9es les gousses d&#8217;ail pel\u00e9es, d\u00e9germ\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez le jus de citron et un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Salez, poivrez et ajoutez la muscade.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 240\u00b0C<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Sur le plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9, travaillez la p\u00e2te puis \u00e9tirez-la pour obtenir un grand rectangle.
