Apr\u00e8s avoir essay\u00e9 la version cuite et la version sans cuisson, j&#8217;avoue avoir une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour cette derni\u00e8re. Ok j&#8217;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence mais je ne cracherais pas sur une portion de cheesecake cuite au four si on m&#8217;en proposait une part, (enfin avec du coulis de fruit rouges tant qu&#8217;\u00e0 faire). Si toi lecteur est lyonnais, je te dirais comme point de comparaison que ce cheesecake est mousseux et a\u00e9rien comme celui qu&#8217;on trouve chez Laureline&#8217;s Corner. D&#8217;ailleurs c&#8217;est mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Ensuite chez Dorodi ou chez Little ils sont cuits, l&#8217;appareil est plus dense en bouche. La recette provient encore d&#8217;un vieux magazine Saveurs. R\u00e9servez au frais.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">On pr\u00e9pare la mousse : M\u00e9langez au fouet le Philadelphia, le sucre et les zestes du citron.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Montez en chantilly la cr\u00e8me fleurette puis incorporez la d\u00e9licatement au premier m\u00e9lange.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez la moiti\u00e9 de la mousse dans le fond du moule. A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule, commencez par chemiser les bords de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 bien r\u00e9partir la cr\u00e8me.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ajoutez le reste de la mousse et lissez jusqu&#8217;en haut du cercle<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">R\u00e9servez au frigo toute la nuit, pour que la mousse prenne.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la tuile : Dans une casserole portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le beurre, le sucre, le miel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ajoutez le pralin. M\u00e9langez pour obtenir un ensemble homog\u00e8ne.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Etalez sur une feuille de papier cuisson.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pour ma part j&#8217;ai pris le cercle que j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 pour mon cheesecake afin que la tuile fasse le m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C et faites cuire pendant 15min.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">D\u00e9moulez \u00e0 chaud d\u00e8s la sortie du four, sinon le cercle va durcir et se casser.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">D\u00e9posez la tuile froide sur le cheesecake.
