 Chez Armen c’est cuisine arm\u00e9nienne et georgienne. La star ? Les Khinkalis et les Adjarulis.  Vous ne vous imaginez pas la joie d’avoir d\u00e9couvert ce restaurant arm\u00e9nien tout pr\u00e8s de chez moi. J’en ai d\u00e9couvert l’existence dans le magazine de Villeurbanne “Viva<\/a>” . Jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent c’\u00e9tait une cuisine que je connaissais pas vraiment. On y trouve des plats arm\u00e9niens mais aussi g\u00e9orgiens. <\/p>\n

La cuisine arm\u00e9nienne \/g\u00e9orgienne est peu connue. Je connaissais simplement les feuilles de vignes et je sais que plusieurs pays s’en partagent la nationalit\u00e9. La carte permet donc de d\u00e9couvrir des plats peu connus et qui m\u00e9ritent de l’\u00eatre. Les khinkalis sont juteux et se mangent selon une certaine fa\u00e7on qu’on nous explique gentiment. A la fin du repas le chef passe m\u00eame aux tables pour savoir si tout allait. C’est une bonne adresse de quartier pour bien manger. <\/div>\n
