Si tu aimes la mousse au chocolat et les g\u00e2teaux au chocolat, tu vas \u00eatre ravis. Oui du chocolat en deux formes, en dessous une couche de cuit et sur le dessus une mousse tout simplement. C&#8217;est vrai qu&#8217;il y a un risque de s&#8217;en mettre un peu pleins les mains car la mousse \u00e0 d\u00e9couper au couteau ce n&#8217;est pas chose simple. Par contre le gout des deux textures en bouche est top. Apr\u00e8s je pense qu&#8217;on peut aussi remplacer le chocolat noir par du lait. \u00c7a doit \u00eatre sympa aussi. Laissez ti\u00e9dir, ajoutez les oeufs et le sucre. M\u00e9langez, incorporez la farine tamis\u00e9e. Versez dans le moule et enfournez pour 15 \u00e0 20min.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Laissez refroidir<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Hop on s&#8217;occupe de la mousse<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Faites fondre le chocolat et le beurre au bain-marie. Fouettez les oeufs avec le sucre. Versez le chocolat ti\u00e8de et m\u00e9langez rapidement<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Battez la cr\u00e8me en chantilly. Incorporez-la d\u00e9licatement dans la pr\u00e9paration chocolat\u00e9e .<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez la mousse sur le g\u00e2teau refroidi et r\u00e9servez 4h au frais.
