Et comme il arrive que certains rechignent \u00e0 manger de la soupe j&#8217;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des gressins \u00e0 l&#8217;emmental. Pour ma part mon chou-fleur \u00e9tait plus petit et j&#8217;ai donc divis\u00e9 par deux les quantit\u00e9s. Je vous note la recette originale. Les gressins sont sur le blog de Jujube. La recette est tr\u00e8s bien expliqu\u00e9e et finalement vous pourrez aussi la r\u00e9utiliser lors d&#8217;ap\u00e9ritifs entre amis.
