Ok ce n\u2019est pas du caviar&nbsp; mais quand tu vois son prix pour la premi\u00e8re fois tu t\u2019interroges clairement sur ce produit. Cette poudre verte m\u2019intriguait tellement qu\u2019il m\u2019en fallait coute que coute. Comme j\u2019adore pr\u00e9parer des brioches pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner cela m\u2019a paru logique. (Non je ne p\u00e9tris pas avec mes blanches mains mais avec le blanc crochet du KA). J\u2019ai choisi de vous proposer une brioche fa\u00e7on rolls au matcha.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 11px;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Soyons clair, si vous \u00eates habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre du chocolat et autres pralins dans vos brioches cela va vous faire tr\u00e8s bizarre. Quand je repense aux r\u00e9actions de Monsieur C me disant : \u00ab&nbsp;ta poudre elle sent vraiment bizarre&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;on aurait pu s\u00e9cher des \u00e9pinards on aurait eu le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat&nbsp;\u00bb je me dis qu\u2019abandonner le chocolat c\u2019est quand m\u00eame pas simple.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 11px; min-height: 13px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\"><\/span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 11px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">C\u2019est vraiment qu\u2019en le cuisinant \u00e7a sent pas des masses bons et la couleur verd\u00e2tre est peu chatoyante mais peu importe il me fallait essayer. Sinc\u00e8rement le gout est int\u00e9ressant mais pas fort. Cela reste plut\u00f4t discret.&nbsp; Au final je dirais que je suis plut\u00f4t mitig\u00e9e , peut-\u00eatre parce que nous ne sommes pas vraiment habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 en consommer. Que pour nos papilles cela nous parait un poil f<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">ade. Autant lorsque je pr\u00e9pare une brioche (chocolat, confiture de lait, pralin\u00e9, noisette) et autres rolls cela ne tient pas trois jours autant celle-la \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les quatre.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 11px;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Je vous laisse la recette que j\u2019ai prise. Quand votre p\u00e2te est homog\u00e8ne, couvrez votre saladier d\u2019une serviette et laisser&nbsp; reposer deux heures dans un endroit chaud et sec. Le four \u00e9teint de votre cuisine fera l\u2019affaire. Pendant ce temps m\u00e9langer le blanc d\u2019oeuf avec le sucre. Puis transf\u00e9rer le tout dans la casserole et mettre \u00e0 feu doux.
