C&#8217;est un croisement entre crumble et cake. En clair le dessus croustillant du crumble ou la croustade comme dirait nos amis qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois avec le moelleux d&#8217;un cake. On trouve plus particuli\u00e8rement le crumbcake \u00e0 NY, c&#8217;est un peu le g\u00e2teau que l&#8217;on mange pendant l&#8217;heure du th\u00e9. text-align: left;\">160g de lait<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">160g de cr\u00e8me liquide\/ fleurette<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 moule de 22&#215;26 cm<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pour le crumble :<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150g de farine<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150g de sucre roux<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100g de beurre mou<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Dans un saladier tamiser la farine, la levure et le sel<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Dans un verre versez-y le lait et la vanille<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Dans la cuve de votre robot battre avec le fouet&nbsp;le sucre et le beurre en pommade : le m\u00e9lange doit blanchir et s&#8217;a\u00e9rer<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Ajouter l&#8217;\u0153uf et la cr\u00e8me fleurette , continuer de battre pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser l&#8217;ensemble<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Tout en continuant de fouetter le m\u00e9lange , on rajoute la farine et le lait en alternant<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Verser la pate dans votre moule , que vous aurez recouvert de papier de cuisson ou beurrer \u00e0 votre guise<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer votre \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Maintenant on pr\u00e9pare le crumble:<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Tamiser&nbsp;la farine et le sucre , ajouter le beurre en pommade et malaxer avec vos petites mains afin d&#8217;obtenir un m\u00e9lange sableux (le m\u00eame que quand vous pr\u00e9parez un crumble !)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Emiettez le m\u00e9lange sur&nbsp; le g\u00e2teau<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Enfourner pour 30min (surveiller bien le g\u00e2teau car le crumble aura peut-\u00eatre tendance \u00e0 dorer, vu que notre four est vieux nous avons laiss\u00e9 cuire 45min)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Laisser refroidir.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
