Chez mes parents nous adorons faire ce sublime dessert , vu que nous n&#8217;en mangeons pas toute l&#8217;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<div>Il faut aussi prendre en compte les gouts de chacun. Entre ceux qui aime \u00e7a et ceux qui n&#8217;aime pas. Le choix du parfum est alors important , tout le monde doit aimer le parfum choisi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>J&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 alors cette buche \u00e0 la mousse de framboise recouverte de chocolat blanc et surprise elle a fait l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9. Vous verrez elle est simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et n\u00e9cessite des ingr\u00e9dients qu&#8217;on a forc\u00e9ment dans son placard.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pour ma part je fait la buche 24h avant si possible comme \u00e7a le gla\u00e7age a le temps de figer. En la d\u00e9gustant vous appr\u00e9cierez mieux le contraste chocolat croquant vs la mousse fondante de framboise. Aussi quand vous la couperez elle aura une belle tenue.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste &nbsp;\u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le biscuit.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Il vous faut&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Biscuit :&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">80g sucre en poudre<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">75g de farine<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 sachet de levure chimique<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 torchon humide&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Mousse de framboise<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">100g de framboises<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">30g de sucre poudre<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">100g de mascarpone<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Gla\u00e7age&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">150g de chocolat blanc<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">2c \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : Faire le biscuit<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">S\u00e9parez le blancs des jaunes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Dans un premier saladier ajoutez aux jaunes d&#8217;oeufs le sucre et fouettez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me mousseuse puis incorporez la farine et la levure.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Montez les blancs en neige et ajoutez les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d\u00e9licatement.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">D\u00e9poser une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une plaque de cuisson et r\u00e9partir la pr\u00e9paration en \u00e9galisant \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une maryse.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Enfournez pour 7mn \u00e0 180c.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Quand le biscuit est dor\u00e9 sortez le du four et retourner de la plaque de cuisson sur un torchon humide. Enroulez dans le dedans et mettez le au frigo quelques minutes afin qu&#8217;il prenne la bonne forme.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : Faire la mousse de framboise<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Pendant ce temps on passe \u00e0 la mousse de framboise.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Dans un cul de poule \u00e9crasez \u00e0 la fourchette vos framboises , vous pouvez y laisser des petits morceaux ou r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Une fois \u00e9crasez , ajoutez le sucre en poudre m\u00e9langer puis rajoutez le mascarpone.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Vous obtiendrez une belle pur\u00e9e de framboise.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Sortez le biscuit du frigo , d\u00e9roulez le du torchon. A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re en bois \u00e9talez bien le m\u00e9lange uniform\u00e9ment.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">En partant du bas du biscuit roulez le d\u00e9licatement puis remettez le au frigo.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : Faire le gla\u00e7age<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&nbsp;Faire fondre au bain marie le chocolat blanc. Par exp\u00e9rience ne le faites pas fondre au micro-onde. La chaleur du micro-onde fait bruler le chocolat blanc.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Donc hop , faite un petit bain marie et pendant qu&#8217;il fond ajoutez deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me liquide.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Ressortez le biscuit du frigo et avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois , \u00e9talez le m\u00e9lange chocolat blanc \/ cr\u00e8me tout autour.
