text-align: center;\">30g de sucre&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">20g d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">9g de sel<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 oeuf&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">graines de s\u00e9same ou graines de pavot&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez la farine dans la cuve de votre robot , incorporez le sel et le sucre sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Creusez un puit puis ajoutez le m\u00e9lange eau\/levure et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">P\u00e9trissez une dizaine de minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle des bords&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ensuite d\u00e9posez le p\u00e2ton dans un saladier recouvert de film alimentaire et laissez pousser 1h30 dans un endroit chaud (j&#8217;utilise la fonction \u00e9tuve de mon four), normalement elle doit bien pousser&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1h30 plus tard, d\u00e9gazez la p\u00e2te avec le plat de votre main&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Divisez votre boule de p\u00e2te en 8 parts \u00e9gales (8 petites boules )<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">La 2 m\u00e9thodes s&#8217;offrent \u00e0 vous :&nbsp; Vous formez un anneau avec votre boule de p\u00e2te et vous soudez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s avec un peu d&#8217;eau&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Seconde m\u00e9thode , vous faites un trou au milieu de la boule avec votre doigt, le but est d&#8217;obtenir un cercle avec au milieu un espace d&#8217;au moins 5cm (sinon le trou risque de se reboucher lors du pochage)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Une fois les 8 bagels fait, d\u00e9posez les sur une plaque de cuisson recouvert d&#8217;un papier et d\u00e9posez par dessus du film plastique : laissez reposer au frigo pendant 30 min , les bagels vont encore gonfler<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ensuite on pr\u00e9pare l&#8217;eau pour le pochage, faites bouillir l&#8217;eau dans une casserole avec le sel , la cassonade et la Maizena.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Une fois que l&#8217;eau bout , vous pochez les bagels , 1min d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et 30 secondes de l&#8217;autre&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Vous d\u00e9posez les bagels sur une plaque de cuisson, vous les badigeonnez d&#8217;oeuf puis vous d\u00e9posez les graines que vous voulez&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C et enfournez les pendant 15 mn , ils doivent \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
