Faites bien attention \u00e0 ne pas trouer le naan sinon le fromage va s&#8217;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 la cuisson<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu vif dans une po\u00eale pendant 3 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, pas besoin d&#8217;ajouter de mati\u00e8re grasse.
