A l&#8217;origine de ce food court il y a Tabata et Ludovic Mey chefs du restaurant Les Apothicaires. Dans ce lieu de vie on trouve 12 chefs r\u00e9partis sur 3 niveaux et je peux vous dire qu&#8217;il y en a pour tous les gouts : Le Bistrot du Potager, Misto, Butcher Brother,&nbsp; La Meuni\u00e8re, La Baraque \u00e0 sucre, Lobs, Le Bistrot sucr\u00e9, Substrat &#8211; la Panifacture, Mon salade bar, le comptoir des Apothicaires, Ludo Pizza, Lyon Gastro Pub. Avouez que cette liste donne envie.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;accord je vous avoue cela fait trois fois que je m&#8217;y rend mais \u00e0 des moments diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; On paie directement en ligne et ensuite on se pr\u00e9sente au Food Traboule. Sur place vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les stands de fa\u00e7on illimit\u00e9s. Chaque stand vous propose deux ou trois plats de leurs cartes , tout n&#8217;y est pas. Nous \u00e9tions venus \u00e0 11h30 le samedi lors de notre premi\u00e8re visite et nous avions obtenu facilement une table au premier \u00e9tage.<br \/>Les plats servis sont excellents, de bonne qualit\u00e9 et vraiment bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9. J&#8217;ai ador\u00e9 le lobster rolls tout comme le banoffee pr\u00e9par\u00e9 minute et tellement bien maitris\u00e9e par la Baraque \u00e0 Sucre.<\/p>\n<p>La Baraque \u00e0 sucre est d&#8217;ailleurs le bon endroit si vous souhaitez prendre le gouter dans le Vieux Lyon. Nous y sommes retourn\u00e9s avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chocoladdict.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Virginie<\/a> \u00e0 l&#8217;heure du gouter et nous avons englouti le Paris Brest et la Trop\u00e9zienne servie.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;adore le lieu, la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 vivre au premier \u00e9tage est baign\u00e9e de lumi\u00e8re ce qui rend l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience super agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le brunch (35\u20ac par personne, boissons incluses), j&#8217;ai pass\u00e9 un bon moment. On a comme l&#8217;impression d&#8217;avoir privatis\u00e9 le lieu parce que finalement on se sent tranquille, on peut gouter \u00e0 tout et on ne se sent pas oppress\u00e9 par la foule. L&#8217;acc\u00e8s illimit\u00e9 aux stands vous permet de tout tester par contre c&#8217;est dommage tous les plats qui sont habituellement n&#8217;y sont pas tous pendant le brunch.
