Je suis folle de brioches et autres viennoiseries alors je ne r\u00e9siste jamais \u00e0 tester une nouvelle recette. Et celle ci \u00e9tait dans ma liste depuis un petit moment. Rien de compliqu\u00e9, il faut par contre avoir un peu de temps devant vous, car la brioche repose une fois une nuit. On s&#8217;y prend donc un peu en avance pour pr\u00e9parer cette babka. Je vous rassure le r\u00e9sultat en vaut par contre la peine. text-align: center;\">La finition<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">200g de sucre glace<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">125ml d&#8217;eau&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">La veille<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Placez la farine, la levure \u00e9miett\u00e9e, le sel et le sucre dans le bol de votre robot et m\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Versez le lait, les oeufs et avec le crochet de votre robot m\u00e9langez \u00e0 petite vitesse pendant 10 &#8211; 15 min jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ne colle plus aux parois du bol et soit \u00e9lastique&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ajoutez ensuite le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux puis m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit compl\u00e8tement incorpor\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te , cela doit prendre une dizaine de minutes puis m\u00e9langez encore un peu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit \u00e9lastique et ne colle plus au bol&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Formez une boule et placez-la dans un saladier huil\u00e9 , couvrez de film plastique et laissez reposer la nuit au frigo&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Le lendemain matin&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9parez la garniture , placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf les pistaches dans une petite casserole et faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient fondus et lisses&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Remuez en permanence pour pas que le chocolat n&#8217;accroche \u00e0 la casserole&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Laissez refroidir une vingtaine de minutes , le m\u00e9lange devrait s&#8217;\u00e9paissir un peu&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ensuite on passe au montage&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">On sort la p\u00e2te du frigo, on d\u00e9gaze avec la paume de la main doucement&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
